Plagiarism Plight Plagues Romance Writer
A publishing tale this sordid could only spring from romance. In fact, it’s so sordid we don’t even want to comment on it. It’s turning into the kind of he said, she said shouting match one would expect to find at Dog the Bounty Hunter’s family reunions and we don’t want to go there.
There are others, however, who are not as delicate as we are and they have plenty to say. If you’re interested, give ‘er.

Short and selective memory. Please Google plagiarism in the news before blithely stating that this "could only spring from romance."
Please check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plagiarism
as you see, it's not a "romance" problem, seems to crop up in ALL genres...those mostly listed are NOT romance novels.
Forgive me: I was being flippant. Playing on the "sordid" theme. It was perhaps not the place for levity. Even without input from Google or Wikipedia I do, of course, know that plagiarism can crop up in any part of the industry.
